This work plants a speedboat painted a color similar to International Orange (the color of the Golden Gate Bridge) in the strip mall parking lot in front of PUAH. Viewers hear sounds of fog horns taken from the San Francisco Bay while they sit in this boat parked amidst this desert location. Siren is an announcement of displacement, a marker announcing its trajectory, and a nod to dreams both fulfilled and diminished.
